Winter Cover Reveal

Hello All! Just in case you missed it on social media, this is our new cover for the Winter Edition 2024 of Clean Fiction Magazine! This particular artist is a favorite of mine and his fun mixture of bright, happy colors and fanciful subject matter make for a good match with our publication. Plus, I just love the kitsch style (if you haven't figured that out yet). I hope you love it just as much as I do!

In other news, I am working away at the Winter Edition 2024 with the intent to launch it early. That is why there is no current Pre-order for this edition. As soon as it is finished, it will be going to print with the hope that there will be more time for you to order before Christmas. If you didn't know, I do all of the layout for the magazine. Honestly, the layout is my favorite part. I adore being able to send out pages to the reviewers and authors, and watching the magazine come together one page at a time is great. At this point, I have created 1,519 pages in total (not counting if a page had to be made more than once due to corrections) and I still have more to go. And guess what, I put the same amount of care and effort into the first page I made as the pages I am making now. Putting out a quality product that will promote all of the authors, businesses, and audio drama's hard work, is very important. So now, I must get back to work! I don't know if you will hear from me next week; it all depends on how much I have finished. Until then,

May your day be bright and your reading be epic!

Rescuing a Supervillain: Rescuing a Supervillain

(Superhero Romance Project Book 6)

By H. L. Burke

Sometimes your soulmate is a cat. Sometimes that cat is a supervillain.

Failing to save a bystander during a superhero operation sends strong-man hero Slam, AKA Sam Reese, into a spiral. Unable to continue hero work due to panic attacks, he takes a hiatus to volunteer at a local cat rescue. Maybe some fluffy cuteness and lower pressure good deeds will help him get it together.

Supervillain and cat-shifter thief Bea needs to lie low. With her former gang pursuing her after a heist gone wrong, she reinvents herself. Until the coast is clear, she'll moonlight as a human pet-rescue volunteer—and as a rescue cat.

Slowly healing, Slam finds that he has a magic touch with animals. He devotes himself to taming a particularly frantic, feral cat as well as gaining the trust of his prickly, stand-offish new co-volunteer … but what will he do when he discovers they are one and the same?
