HELLO ALL, and welcome to all of our new newsletter/blog subscribers! This is going to be a long one, so hold on to your digital device and make sure you read this ALL the way to the end, or you might miss something FUN!


First of all, we hit the top of the Amazon charts once again in the Catalog and Catalog & Directories, respectively, with our ebook and paperback placing in separate categories. These numbers don't even include all of our direct and Patreon subscribers, so I am extremely pleased that we achieved this honor for the 14th time in a row. That means we have a perfect record btw!


1,000th FOLLOWER: I wanted to take a tiny moment to share my excitement that we have finally hit over 1,000 followers on Instagram (@cleanfiction). It is by far our social media with the most growth, and hitting this goal was a long time coming. Our Facebook Group (Clean Fiction Magazine) and page (Sunset Valley Creations) are also growing every week. Why not add your own follow to our social media numbers? (Shameless plug)

WINDOWS INTO THE MULTIVERSE WRITING CONTEST: Submissions for our quarterly writing contest begin on July 1st and go through July 31st. The new image can be found above and features a young woman at sunset in the forest. You are asked to write a 1,000-1,500-word micro-story beginning with "Through the window, I saw..." The best part? Submissions are free, and if your story is chosen for print, you will receive a gift card, a 3D printed medallion (in the continental US), and an author feature worth up to $40. This contest is judged by a select few of our reviewers and is sponsored by the Strangers & Aliens Podcast (strangersandaliens.com).


COVER ART CONTEST: We are looking for businesses/authors who are willing to sponsor our quarterly Cover Art Contest. Submissions begin July 14th and end July 26th. If you want to receive the most "bang for your buck", lock in your sponsorship early. This allows for your information to be included in the most amount of social media posts and newsletters. REALMMAKERS EXPO: On July 18th-20th, my husband and I will be at the Realmmakers Writing Conference and Expo. That means that I will be giving you little updates on how things are going with preparations in the next few weeks. This week, I am featuring a tote bag that I designed. It says, "When you CREATE for the King do all FOR HIS GLORY." From far away, it reads, Create for His Glory while the rest of the writing is more legible up close. It is a great way to start a conversation about the gospel. When strangers ask you, "Who is the King?" You can tell them. I am very excited to be going to this expo in Grand Rapids, Michigan, so if you are in the area, feel free to stop by and check it out! You can find more information at realmmakers.com
