FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can a cover DESIGNER participate? Of course. Can an author participate even if they did not design their cover? Yep. Is there a limit on the number of covers that I submit? Please, only send one cover per author/design company. Can you submit a cover that has participated in a previous Cover Art Contest? We ask that you only submit a cover once to one of our contests. What about AI art? As long as a human had a hand in creating part of the cover, it is fine to submit it. Does it matter what genre the book is? No, but keep it clean!
SUBMISSIONS & VOTING
Submissions began April 15 and will go through April 27. (Submissions are completely FREE). Submit your cover at the link below. Voting will begin April 29 and go through May 11. (Voting is also FREE). The winner will be announced May 16 in our Newsletter. See our website for the small print. The winner will receive a $20 Amazon Gift Card and the other covers will be included in the magazine along with their submission information. The winner will also receive a certificate with a special 3D-printed medallion (only within the US).

Summer Writing Contest: The Summer 2024 Windows into the Multiverse Contest has begun accepting submissions! The photo found on the "Contest" page of our website is of the silhouette of a man standing on a beach during sunset. To participate, you are asked to write a micro-story beginning with “Through the window, I saw...” using the photo below as inspiration. The only restriction on your creativity is that you keep your micro-story clean. All genres are accepted. Submissions will open April 1-30. Please keep your submission to between 1,000 and 1,500 words. To submit your story fill out the form found on the “Contests” page of our website (cleanfictionmagazine.com). We will not use your micro-stories without your permission and the winner/s will be sent pages for approval. The winner/s will appear in our June 20th Summer Edition along with the image on this page. Depending on the number of submissions we receive, there will be either winners in several genre categories OR an overall winner. Winners will be announced on May 9th. Each winner or the overall winner will receive a $20 Amazon Gift Card and an author feature ($40 value). The winner/s will be decided by the Clean Fiction staff and excerpts of each submission may be used for promotional purposes. We cannot wait to read what you write about this new image and are excited to read your submissions!
